Q: How long will it take for my drawing to be finished?

A: 2-3 weeks, depending on demand for a home. 1-2 weeks, depending on demand for a pet. A project does not begin until payment is received.

Q: What if I need a drawing faster than the normal time? Can the order be rushed?

A: Yes for a fee. Please contact me and we can talk about rushing your order.

Q: What are my payment options? 

A: Zelle or Venmo

Q: When is payment due?

A: Payment is due once buyer confirms picture to be drawn. Shipping will be calculated once the picture is confirmed for the final payment. An invoice will be emailed once all costs are calculated. Payment is due once the invoice is received by the buyer.

Q: How will you get the information about my home or pet?

A: Once you have messaged me, you will send me the mailing address of the home. If I can't draw the house from the internet, a picture will need to be sent to me through email or electronically. For pets, please send me the picture you would like drawn through email or messages.

Q: I purchased a sweatshirt, how long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: Up to 4 weeks, 1-2 for the drawing and 2 for the processing and shipping of the sweatshirt.

Q: Can I receive a refund?

A: All transactions are final. NO REFUNDS. 

Q: Who owns the digital drawing once it is finished?

A: Once the drawing is done I will retain all originals for my files.

Q: If I purchased a digital drawing can I get it on canvas at a later date?

A: Yes for an additional fee + shipping, you can get a canvas printed at a later date. 

Q: My order is a gift, can it be delivered to the recipient?

A: Yes please just provide shipping information at the time of placing your order.

Q: Can my order be printed on anything else other than a canvas?

A: Please contact me for additional options. Ornaments are also available for now.

Q: Do you draw other things beside houses or structures?

A: Right now I am producing houses and pets. Please check the website for updates.
